Judecraft gourmet dip mixes and No Bake Cheesecake dessert mixes can be utilized in many ways other than dip mixes or fruit dips. For instance all our savory dip mixes can also be used to make cheeseball mixes. With one package of dip mix just add 16 oz cream cheese and refrigerate. Judecraft Specialty Foods  products can be utilized in the preparation of a full course dinner beginning with an appetizer such as a particular Judecraft dip mix, bread dipper such as Bruschetta mix or Tuscany blend on either toasted or or soft bread dipping. The gourmet dip mixes generally require the addition of sour cream and/ or mayo.The oil bread dippers generally require the addition of olive oil. You have now started you meal with an excellent assortment and choice of appetizers. With several of the savory dips we add 1 tbsp of the mix to 1-2 tbsp of cooking oil as a marinade for steak or chicken. We originally tried this with peppered ranch dip mix and it is now a favorite.

Make Judi's famous Garlic Butter Appetizer:

1 pkg Judi's Best Garlic Butter

1 Italian or French bread

1 12 oz. jar roasted red peppers

1 8oz. bag shredded Mozzarella cheese.

Slice either Italian or French bread. Mix the garlic butter package as directed with water and olive oil. Then brush on braed slices. Cut a piece of roasted red pepper and put on each bread slice. Cover with Mozzarella

cheese and bake until cheese melts.

JUDI'S BEST BRUSCHETTA MIX

 

This mix has been a wonderful addtion to the oil line. We have received rave reviews at craft shows. Bruschetta mix is so delicious that our customers do not want to leave our sampling booth. Ideal for bread dipping or applying to toasted bread. Its very easy. Just add 3-4 tablespoons of water to the package mix and let sit for 5 minutes to properly absorb. Mix well. We like to add 1/4 cup olive oil but its a matter of taste so add to your liking . Apply a thin layer  to toasted bread (tuscan is great) and sprinkle some romano or parmesan cheese on the bread. This is so good and difficult not to eat it all. Customers also enjoy Bruschetta mix with diced tomato and sliced onion. Use Bruschetta mix in this manner as a seasoning. Makes (4-5 pieces). Recipe: one medium diced tomato, 3-4 slices diced red onion, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 package of softened Bruschetta mix. Mix all ingredients, let sit and spoon on your favorite toasted bread. See photo on the home page. This is very delicious!!!!

 

Option:

We have some customers that rave about the taste of Garlic Butter and Bruschetta mixed together for a sensational taste. We recommend   2 tablespoons Bruschetta mix to 1 tablespoon Garlic Butter. Add in 3 tablespoons of water to absorb. Mix well. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cups olive oil. Apply to English muffins rolls, top with cheese , (meat optional) and toast in oven for Garlic Bruschetta Pizza. This is so good its scary.

corn starch, sugar,spice,sundried tomato, natural flavor, < 2 % calcium silicate to prevent caking.

JUDI'S BEST SEAFOOD BLEND

 

This recipe is on the back of the package and makes a delicious seafood spread. Just mix one 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup mayo, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce and 1 Tablespoon of mix. Then fold in either a can of tiny drained shrimp, clams or crabmeat.  Since you only use half the package( 1T ) you can use the other half to make seafood casserole for 2 simply by mixing with 4 T. melted butter or margarine and 10 crushed Ritz crackers. Use this as the crumb topping or mixed with scallops or shrimp and bake until done. Bill loves to make a shrimp dip sandwich.

LOADED POTATO

 

This is a very popular dip mix that continues receiving very positive reviews. Make a dip using 16 oz. of sour cream with 1 package of the dip mix. The dip itself is very delicious. We also suggest using as a filling for your baked potato, ie loaded potato.

It's ideal for filling your potato skins . With the sour cream already in the dip along with bacon bits, its skin dipping time.

Those that like Loaded Potato also like our newer cheesey bacon flavor. They loved this flavor at a large southern state fair.

This is a popular dip mix for those crab lovers. Yes, Bill likes to sneak in a crab sandwich also. It's even better with the addition of crab meat.

You can add in clams or shrimp if you prefer over crab meat.

PEPPER JACK-HOT

 

Warning: This is a HOT one for those that like a good bite. Bill does not make a sandwich but likes to dip and use to spice up that burger on the grill. The taste is similar to a bar of Pepperjack cheese. This dip mix is really awesome with a delicious flavor. Just add 1/2 cup mayo, 11/2 cups sour cream with 1 package of the dip mix. Oh, by the way, have that chaser ready to put out the fire. This is a favorite among the HOT dip lovers.

We recommend for potato skin filling or just skin dipping. Great while watching  nascar, baseball or the football game. Bill loves the Red Sox and Patriots  but its great for all sports enthusiasts.

SOUTHWEST JALAPENO-HOT

 

This is very popular product that my customers enjoy. While it is tasty as a dip mix many like to use on the grill for chicken, shrimp, or as a rub at barbecue time. Invite your friends over

for an old fashioned southern barbecue. Just add 1 cup mayo, 1 cup sour cream with 1 package of the dip mix. We also like to add some to softened warm Velveeta cheese for a delightful taste.

 

Soutwest Jalapeno also makes a salsa thats out of this world. This is Bill's ultimate favorite while watching the ball game.

Recipe:

1 package of Soutwest Jalapeno

1 small onion

1 garlic bud

1 large can diced tomatoes

Crush the garlic bud and chop the onion. Add to the can of sliced tomatoes

with the package of southwest jalapeno. Let sit in refrigerator for an hour. You can add more onion for preference. We like to use the Tortilla scoops for this ultimate delcious favorite.

 

 

Ingredients: Jalapeno chips, onion, cilantro, Jalapeno powder, garlic powder, chipolte, sugar, salt, spices.

HABANERO&GREEN CHILE-HOT!!!!!

 

Warning -this dip mix will clean out your nostrils for sure. At shows we have water ready or our Cucumber mix to put out the fire. To make add one cup mayo and one cup sour cream.

VIDALIA ONION

 

The sweet Vidalia onion from Georgia give this a unique taste and is another favorite. The Georgia Peach himself Ty Cobb would love this dip mix. Just add one cup sour cream and one cup mayo to make a dip mix.

Our Dill is another popular dip mix. It seems that most everyone likes Dill dip. Use for a filling in a round rye bread dip. Use for a seasoning for about anything such as fish, poultry, meats etc. I almost forgot to mention its fantastic for chicken broccoli recipes. Just add 1 cup mayo, 1 cup of sour cream to 1 package of dip mix.

SAVORY SUNDRIED TOMATO & BACON

Another delicious dip recipe used as a dip mix or in stews, burgers or meatloaf. This has a flavor to savour. Judi herself can be seen enjoying this dip mix so join in before it is all gone. Judi strongly suggests to trying this dip, as it is one of her favorites. Soften with olive oil , mayo, or sour cream. Use on foods. For a dip mix just add 1 cup mayo, 1 cup sour cream to 1 package of dip mix.

ONION & CHIVE

What is there to say as they just keep getting better. This is also another excellent dip recipe. Use as a dip or cook with as well. Great in mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, meatloaf, stews, soups. Really now I could go on and on but who has the time these days. Just add 1 cup mayo, 1 cup sour cream with 1 package of dip mix.

VEGGIE

I have to ask this question. Who could not like a veggie dip. This is so good for your diet. Use as a dip mix or whatever comes to mind. We like to make a soup with chicken or beef broth. Just add 1 cup mayo, 1 cup sour cream to 1 package of dip mix. Remember mom always made certain we had our veggies and would be pleased with this mix as well.

PEPPERED  RANCH

As they say down in Texas, you better be fast on the draw and try this recipe. My customers love to dip and use this product as a rub or seasoning. We like it with mashed potatoes. If you base things on the number of Ingredients this would be a winner. Almost forgot to mention this is also great as a salad dressing. Try adding 1 tbsp of mix to 1-2 tbsp of cooking oil as a marinade for chicken or steak.

CUCUMBER

If you like cucumber you will love this as a dip. It is as delicious as fresh out of the garden cucumber. In the northeast we look forward to that delicious and fresh taste all year long. You can use as a dip with all veggies. Try it on fish. Some like to mix with some breadcrumbs and lemon, spread on fish and bake. Some customers rave about using as a delicious greek Tsatziki sauce on their chicken wrap or gyro. This is a delicious dip mix with some pizzazz. It is a favorite of many customers. SPINACH ARTICHOKE

This is another product that is very popular and leading dip mix flavor. Popeye has gained huge muscles from this item. Popeye usually leaves very little for Olive Oil. Olive Oil still tries to sneak some in though. Spinach Artichoke is now one of our top sellers. Just add 1 cup mayo, 1 cup sour cream to 1 package of the dip mix.

Ingredients: Onions, Artichoke, Spinach flakes, Sugar, Spices.                         Net wt. (16g)

For spinach artichoke sauce with noodles: 1/2 stick butter, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 package of dip mix, add enough corn starch to thicken. Pour over noodles and add chicken if desired.

HORSERADISH

This is another of our most popular party dip mixes. For that ultimate party it is a must. This product can be used to flavor meats or poultry. Use it on kielbasa or on your hot dog and come away with a swagger. The taste does have a real nice zing. Just add 1 cup mayo, 1 cup sour cream, with 1 package of the dip mix.

Now if you are ready for a real zinger you have to try this product. This item is a favorite of garlic lovers everywhere. While it makes a super dip mix we like to use it for garlic mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, on your meatloaf, on chicken or fish for a memorable meal.

Judi made a garlic cheeseball dip mix recently that was out of this world. Bill was right there of course assuring his fair portion and more. Olive Oil is a lover of this product as well and when Popeye is busy with the Spinach Artichoke she has an alternative favorite.

This dip mix arrived in early 2007 and is a favorite. Make a cheeseball with 16 oz. softened cream cheese and coat with crushed crackers.

Just add 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayo, one package of the dip mix. Also wonderful as a cheeseball with 8 oz. cream cheese.

NO BAKE CHEESECAKE DESSERT MIXES

We offer many wonderful flavors of no-bake cheesecake dessert mixes and cheeseball mixes. The flavors are New York Cheesecake, Creamsicle, S'Mores, Raspberry, Chocolate Mousse, Royal Hawaiian, Lemon, Banana Cream, Key Lime, Chocolate Cherry, Pumpkin, White Chocolate Raspberry, Tiramisu, Creme Brulee, Carrot Cake-new and Gingerbread. We have sugar free with splenda available as well. Sugar free flavors are Pumpkin, Raspberry, English Toffee, Key Lime, New York Cheesecake, and Banana.

Directions:

No Bake Cheesecake: In a medium sized bowl, dissolve the contents of the package with 1/4cup of hot water. Add 8 oz. softened cream cheese and blend until smooth. Slowly fold in 8 oz whipped topping. Pour into a 9" pie crust of your choice and refrigerate for 2 or more hours.

CREAM PUFF RECIPE: NEW

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

1 cup water

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup all purpose flour

4 eggs

1 Package of dessert mix

8 oz. Whipped topping(Cool Whip)

8 oz. Cream Cheese-(block)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

2. In a large pot, bring water to a rolling

boil. Stir in flour and salt until the mixture

forms a ball. Transfer the dough to a large

mixing bowl. Using a wooden spoon or

stand mixer, beat in the eggs one at a time,

mixing well after each. Drop by tablespoons

onto ungreased baking sheet.

3. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the preheated

oven until golden brown. centers should be

dry.

4. When the shells are cool, split and

fill them with Judecraft dessert mix.

Follow the parfait instructions below for

making dessert mix.

For dip, Mousse, Cake Icing, or Parfait: Mix contents of the package with 8 oz.softened cream cheese and 8 oz. whipped topping.

For Bagel Spread: Mix contents of the package using 16 oz. cream cheese only.

For Cheeseball: 16 oz. softened cream cheese and 1 package of dessert mix flavor. Refrigerate for one hour or until hardened. Form into a ball and coat with your favorite crushed nuts, cookies or decorate with fruit.

Ingredients for flavors with sugar: Sugar, Non-fat dry milk, Gelatin, flavoring, coloring. Note there are pecan nuts in the Royal Hawaiian. Ingredients for flavors with no sugar (D'Lite): Maltodextrin, Sucralose(splenda) Non-fat dry milk, flavoring, coloring.
